Charlie is one of the founders of Kiely Gaule having identified the need for the provision of financial services and impartial advice. Clients have benefited from his wealth of knowledge and experience over the past 5 decades. With a strong sense of community, Charlie has been to the forefront in the provision of sports and social amenities in his home village of Kilmacow and is a member of the Evaluation Committee of the Kilkenny Leader Partnership.

Andrew has been providing financial services to personal and corporate clients since 1986. A Qualified Financial Adviser and Accredited Product Adviser, Andrew joined the board of Kiely Gaule in 2004. A keen advocate for the self-employed and SME sectors, both locally and nationally, Andrew has held roles as president of Waterford Chamber of Commerce and chairman of The Marketing Institute South East Region.

John joined the board of Kiely Gaule in 2009 bringing with him an in-depth knowledge of the range of products provided by Life & Pension companies through his work as a district manager with Royal Liver and a senior broker consultant with Friends First. John has a great interest in sports and recognizes the importance of encouraging young people to participate through various roles in coaching and team management.

Shane joined Kiely Gaule in early 2020, and is a Qualified Financial Adviser and Accredited Product Adviser. A Senior Executive on our Life & Pensions team, Shane has an extensive background in accounting, ranging from practice to industry, auditing and fund accounting. Shane has a keen interest in GAA, being chairperson of his local club for a number of years and has also a keen interest in the local soccer scene in Waterford.

Aoife joined Kiely Gaule as personal lines business development manager in early 2021. Aoife is a QFA and CIP with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Aoife enjoys building new relationships with clients and her mission is to build customised insurance policies tailored to each client. Aoife can advise you on a multitude of insurance products including motor, home & commercial vehicle insurance. Aoife enjoys travelling, running and dining out.

Will is a personal lines executive and world champion Irish dancer. He has a strong focus on customer relationships and is known country wide through his achievements in Irish Dancing. Will has 15 years’ experience working in financial services, starting his career in the banking sector, working as a senior customer adviser and moving to insurance in 2015. He enjoys a round of golf, is a member of cross fit and enjoys winning.

Nicky has worked in insurance for over 10 years, starting in motor insurance claims before moving into the broker industry where he was a team lead. He joined Kiely Gaule in late 2022 as renewals manager and now oversees the day-to-day running of this department. Away from work Nicky enjoys spending time with his young family and is an ex American footballer.

Gemma joined Kiely Gaule in April 2023 as a Personal Lines Executive. Gemma has worked in both personal lines and commercial insurance over the last 3 and a half years. She enjoys meeting and building relationships with clients. In her spare time, Gemma enjoys the outdoors and socialising with family and friends.

Christian joined Kiely Gaule in July 2023 as part of our Personal Lines team. He joins the team with over 6 years' experience in the Insurance industry, providing clients with car, home and commercial vehicle insurance focusing on providing the best service along with price.

Outside of work Christian enjoys a round of golf and following GAA and Football.

Iona joined Kiely Gaule as a Personal Lines Executive in March 2023 and has 4 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She provides home, car, commercial vehicle and travel insurance. Iona’s favourite part of working at Kiely Gaule is building new relationships with our various clients. Away from work, Iona enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing camogie and Gaelic football and enjoys watching any type of sport!

Ciara joined us in November 2023 as a Personal lines executive. She joins the team with 2 years' experience in the insurance industry and provides car, home and commercial vehicle insurance. She enjoys meeting and building relationships with clients. Outside of work, Ciara enjoys spending time with family and friends and socialising on the weekends.

Jack joined us in November 2023 as a Personal lines Executive. He joins the team with 2 years' experience in the insurance industry and provides car, home and commercial vehicle insurance. Jack is an avid golfer and most of his spare time is spent on the range or competing in golf competitions throughout Ireland.

Kelsey joined Kiely Gaule in January 2024 as a personal lines executive and has 8 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Away from work Kelsey enjoys spending time with her young family and she can be found most weekends at her son’s rugby training sessions and matches, she also has a keen interest in traditional Irish music being a member of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann for over 15 years.

Erin joined the team in August 2023 as a Client Coordinator. Erin is a people person and works well as part of a team. Erin recently graduated from SETU in November 2023. Outside of work Erin enjoys socialising with friends and going to the gym. Erin is an enthusiastic and determined individual.
